Hey Guys,
Today I'm going to share my thoughts on my BoxyCharm for January! I'm pretty late at getting this out and have my February box on its way to me as we speak! For those of you unfamiliar with BoxyCharm, it is a monthly beauty subscription box. You receive 4-5 FULL SIZED products each month. The subscription is $21.00 a month and usually has a theme. They also offer an upgraded box every quarter called BoxyLuxe. This is an additional $28.99 a quarter.  The theme for January was "Boxy and Chill".  Tarte is one of my favorite brands. I was pretty excited to see that we were getting 1 of 3 Tarte palettes in the January box.  Keep reading to see what I got and to hear my thoughts. Also, make sure to check out the discount codes below for the month!

When I saw we were getting one of 3 different palettes there were two that I preferred over the other. This was my top choice and I am so pumped that I got it. Even though this has mostly shimmery "highlight" shades, they are all colors I would wear. I do like with one matte transition shade. I can't wait to try this palette out!

Ofra Long Lasting Liquid Lipstick in Havana Nights/Miami Fever $17.00
Review: BoxyCharm January 2018
I am already a fan of Ofra liquid lipsticks. I knew I wouldn't wear the Havana Nights shade that I got. It's a deep wine/red shade. Instead, I traded for Miami Fever which is an orange/rusty/reddish brown. I prefer these type of shades over dark cool toned shades.

Here is a swatch of Miami Fever:

I was excited to try this eye primer but I am not a fan. Its VERY orange based and takes a while to dry. I will be passing this on.

Tatcha Luminous Dewy Skin Face Mask (2 pack) $24.00

I don't use sheet masks often but I hear great things about this brand. I am interested in trying it out.

Briogeo Don't Dispair Repair! Leave In-Mask $16.00
Review: BoxyCharm January 2018
I love this hair mask in the cream form so was super excited to try this out. I sprayed it in my wet hair and let it air dry overnight. My hair feels super greasy and heavy today so I guess this product just isn't good for my hair type.

TOTAL VALUE: $107.00

Overall, I did like this box but it wasn't my favorite. It's a great value. There was only one miss for me. I am most excited about the Tarte palette. This month is mostly a surprise besides two products which I have already tried personally. We will see how I like the other products in the box!
