Hey Guys,
Today I'm going to share my thoughts on a bunch of Juno & Co Essential Brushes. These brushes are their own brand of synthetic brushes that they created. They sent me some back in the winter and some more a few weeks ago when they sent the Peach Dream Palette (Review HERE). I love the look of these brushes. They are SUPER affordable, extremely soft, and many are only a few dollars each! That's crazy right? Keep reading to learn more about the different brushes they offer!

Babe Squad Handy Buki Brush ES10 $6.00

Review: Juno & Co Essential Brushes
Here is what is said about this brush on the Juno & Co site:
"This brush was made for the ultimate babes. Our Babe Squad Handy Buki Brush is by far one of our most favorite brushes we've designed to date. With it's long handle and tapered kabuki-style head, it's so easy to control when applying any liquid or powder face product. Everything will blend into the skin perfectly."

On to my thoughts:

This brush is best used for liquid or powder. I think it's a little flimsy to use with liquid foundation. I like my foundation brushes to be a little more dense. However, it's still doable and is all about personal preference. I think it works fine with powder.

Keep It Real Kabuki Brush ES11 $3.00
Review: Juno & Co Essential Brushes
This brush isn't showing up on their site. I am assuming its out of stock. I really love this brush! I think it's more dense than  ES10. I love using it to apply bronzer to my face. I will keep an eye out and add a link once its's back in stock!

  • Eyeshadow Blending Brush ES06
  • BBF Tapered Crease Eyeshadow Brush ES07
  • Where There's Smoke Smudge Eyeshadow Brush ES08
  • Winging It Angled Eyeliner Brush ES09

Let It Blend Eyeshadow Brush (ES 06) The JUNO Let it Blend Eye Shadow Brush is the perfect applicator for your favorite eyeshadows. Whether you're making a smoky eye or cut-crease, this sturdy yet soft brush will help minimize fall out and apply with accurate precision.

BBF Tapered Crease Eyeshadow Brush (ES 07): It's your Best Blend Forever. Shaped perfectly for optimal control, the super soft faux fur bristles ensure that there are no harsh creases left behind.

Where There's Smoke Smudge Eyeshadow Brush (ES 08): Where there's smoke, there's a killer smoky eye. Adding that extra sultry detail to your waterline and lash-line has never been easier! This brush is a must-have for achieving that flawless date night or club-ready look.

Winging It Angled Eyeliner Brush (ES 09): The perfect tool to use to help you achieve that coveted winged liner look. It provides liquid and gel product application deep into the lash line for that rich, distinct liner look that shows as sharp as you want it."

On to my thoughts:
I can't believe this set is only $6.00! That's a great deal! I think the ES06 is a great brush for applying shadow to your lid. It allows you to easily pack color on. I like the ES07 but don't love it. I wish it was more full an fluffy. However, it does pick up color and blend it really nicely. If it was a bit thicker and fuller I would love it! The ES08 is a great brush to apply shadow to your inner corner or to smoke liner or add shadow to your lower lash line. The ES09 would be a good brush for applying gel or cream liner or to use to apply brow powder or pomade. I haven't used it as I don't wear liner and don't use brow powder often so I can't give my thoughts on it besides its a good size for the type of application and feels firm enough for it to work nicely,

Here are some more brushes that I received previously:
Review: Juno & Co Essential Brushes
This kit comes with 6 essential brushes. These brushes can also be purchased separately for $2.00 each.

Here is what is said about this brush on the Juno & Co site:

"ES01 The Founda-mental Foundation Brush - This brush is founda-mental for a natural look, no matter what type of foundation you're using. Created build coverage or a light application for even those hard-to-reach spots.
ES02 The UR Making Me Blush Brush - Are those apples on your cheeks or are you just happy to use this brush? Achieve that natural pinch of color with this lightweight blush brush that picks up and finishes off the right amount of blush for flawless cheeks.
ES03 Ka-Powder Brush - Powder off your look or sculpt for a flawless finish with a Ka-Pow! Ideal for powder formulas, this brush is perfect for baking, finishing touches, or blending that perfect sculpt to your face.
ES04 The I’m a Big Fan Brush - Wear your glow up so flawless that others would want to bathe in it. The I’m a Big Fan Brush is the perfect application brush for highlighters and finishing powders.
ES05 Contour Me In Brush - Deliver flawless dimension for the cheekbones and chin using this super soft bristle brush that lays down pigment effortlessly in all the right places."

On to my thoughts:
I don't use the ES01 brush as I don't like to apply foundation with flat brushes. However, I do like to use this to apply face masks. I use the ES02 everyday to apply blush. I really love this brush alot. The ES03 is a decent powder brush but I prefer a fuller fluffier brush to apply my powder. The ES04 is goodfor apply highligher but I prefer tapered brushes to apply highlighter. The ES05 is my favorite brush ever to apply bronzer to my face and for contouring.

Microfiber Fusion Sponge $6.00 (sold separate from bundle above)
"The first ever microfiber makeup sponge fuses together your favorite makeup tools: the beauty sponge and makeup brush. This ultra-soft, dual layer sponge saves you up to 50% of your makeup product and perfectly blends in EVERYTHING."

On to my thoughts:
I don't love this sponge to apply liquid foundation. I think it is very thick and dense. I prefer a lighter fluffier sponge to apply foundation to my face. What I do like to use it for is applying loose powder to bake my face for contouring. I think it does a great job at applying a sharp line for my cheek contouring.

Overall, I really love the Juno & Co Essential Brushes. While I have my favorites; they are all great quality brushes. I love the sleek design and super soft bristles. They also clean really easily. The blush and contour brushes are two of my go to brushes. That says a lot considering I have a ton of brushes from a bunch of different brands both affordable and high end. I think these are better than the e.l.f. brushes and can't believe they are only $3.00-$6.00 each! I highly suggest you go pick some up and see for your self!
