Review: Nip + Fab Skin Glycolic Scrub Fix & Glycolic Fix Daily Cleansing Pads

Hey Guys,
A month or so ago I bought some Nip + Fab products that were highly recommended by my friend Lily (Beauty with Lily). I have been using them routinely and am ready to share my thoughts on them. For those of you unfamiliar with Nip + Fab Skin, it is a newer skincare brand (at least to me) that is sold at many local retailers including CVS, Ulta, and Target. They have an extensive skincare line that you can check out on there website HERE. It looks like they are also starting to sell makeup which really interests me! Back to what I was originally discussing, their Glycolic proudcts. Keep reading to hear my thoughts on the two I have been using!

Here is what is said about this product on the Ulta site:
"Glycolic Fix Scrub is a 3-in-1 micro exfoliant with glycolic and salicylic acids which refine, brighten and renew the skin.
  • 3% glycolic acid gently exfoliates
  • retextures
  • salicylic acid cleanses pores

Ingredients

-

Water, Propylene Glycol, Triethanolamine, Glycolic Acid, Cyclopentasiloxane, Glycerin, Polysilicone 11, Dimethicone, Phenoxyethanol, Sodium Polyacrylate, Polyacrylamide, Hydrogenated Polydecene, Benzyl Alcohol, Alcohol, C13-14 Isoparaffin, Limonene, Parfum (Fragrance), Disodium EDTA, Ethylhexylglycerin, Benzyl Benzoate, Trideceth-6, Laureth-7, Dehydroacetic Acid, Lecithin, Pistacia Lentiscus (Mastic) Gum, Geraniol, Butylphenyl Methylpropional, Citral, Linalool, Aloe Barbadensis (Aloe Vera) Leaf Extract.
On to my thoughts:
I really love this scrub! It has a grapefruit scent and works very well to get rid of old/dead skin. Its more on the abrasive side so I personally don't use everyday. I use it 2-3x a week. My skin feels really clean and soft after using it. I love that it not only includes glycolic acid but also salicylc acid to help with blemishes and pimples.

Nip + Fab Glycolic Fix Daily Cleansing Pads $12.99

Here is what is said about this product on the Ulta site:
"Unveil younger-looking skin with Nip + Fab's Glycolic Fix Exfoliating Pads. 60 radiance-boosting pads, soaked in exfoliating glycolic acid retexture and resurface skin whilst witch hazel helps to tone. This moisturizing formula with hyaluronic acid and soothing blue daisy helps to reveal brighter and smoother looking skin.
  • glycolic acid retextures + resurfaces
  • hyaluronic acid moisturises + refreshes
  • blue daisy soothes + calms"

On to my thoughts:
I bought these because they kind of go hand and hand with the scrub. While I don't use the scrub every day, I do use these every night. I only use them once a day just to save money and use up products that I already have. I use a cheaper Witch Hazel Toner in the morning but I might end up swapping them and using these in the day time instead.  I really love witch hazel in general. I swear by it, so I was really excited to see that is one of the ingredients in these cleansing pads. I don't think these have a strong scent nor do they sting or burn in any way. I like they they include a calming ingredient as well.

Overall, I have been really impressed with the Nip + Fab brand and their Glycolic Fix line. My skin has been looking great. I don't suffer from acne but I do feel like my skin is sometimes "dull" looking. I feel like my skin has looked more radiant, brighter, and smoother lately. I love that this line is really easy to find and pretty affordable. I also recommended it to my friend who is loving it as well! I would like to try more from Nip + Fab and plan to check out their Dragon's Blood line next!

Thanks Lily for your recommendation!
